The Contractor will Provide the Company with a Subsea Intervention/Multi-Service Vessel (Msv)

Complete with Two (2) Work Classes of Remotely Operated Vehicles (Wrov) for the Company's

Subsea Construction, Inspection, Repair, Maintenance and Intervention Operations.

The Contactee must Provide All Necessary Equipment, Personnel, Materials and Consumables. The

Ship must be Suitable for Oil and Gas Field Support Services and Related Duties. The Ship Mus T have

A Captain and a Full Complement of Officers and Crew to Support Operations within 24 Hours, All of

Them Competent and Capable of Performing the Services.

• Scope of Supply

Underwater Vessel (Msv), High Level Minimum Requirements - Dp Class 2, 250t Main Crane, 100

Pob, 1600m2 of Clean Deck Space, Moonpool and Preferably Less than 10 Years Old.

2 out of Rovs Work Class (Wrovs) for Deep and Shallow Water Applications - High Level Minimum

Requirement - 170 Hp with 2 Ton Lift Capacity, Associated Rov Tool Set and Equipment with

Interfaces that Meet Api 17h, Iso Standards /Dis 13628-8 and 13628-9 Required to Support

Production Oil and Gas Operations.

Optional - Integrated Subsea Survey and Positioning Systems to Support Subsea Vessel and Msv Operations.

Provide Qualified Offshore Crew to Operate, Service, Maintain and Repair Msv Supplied with

(W)Rovs.

Provide Qualified Onshore Personnel and an Operational Base in Angola to Support Vessel Operations.

Assets, including but not Limited to Flexible Tie Rods, Flowlines, Rigid Pipelines, Offshore Platforms,

Capital Projects including Subsea Installation Such as Pipelay, Power Cable Support, Structure

Installation, Subsea Commissioning, etc.

Subsea Intervention and Well Stimulation Operations

All Other Offshore Operations that Require Support to Subsea Vessels, Such Lifting Equipment and

Transfers to Platforms and Jackets, Emergency Response and Support, Etc.
