Lots: Work in the field of architecture related to projects of non-residential buildings/structures/premises - Services for the development of preliminary designs of objects: Kazak Kuresi halls at the address: Pavlodar region, Ekibastuz, st. Koroleva, 82/2 and Sports and Wellness Center complex (recreational center) at the address: Pavlodar region, Ekibastuz, Solnechny village, st. Abaya, 1. Purpose of the purchase: Development of preliminary designs of sports facilities for reconstruction, major repairs, modernization or improvement taking into account the requirements legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, building codes and state regulations. Scope of services: The Contractor carries out a site visit, visual inspection, measurement work, collection and analysis of initial data. For each object, a preliminary design is developed with architectural and planning solutions, floor plans, and, if necessary, facades and sections. Solutions are provided for landscaping, accessibility for people with limited mobility and functional zoning. Included in the documentation includes at least three 3D visualizations, an explanatory note, and a list of main technical and economic indicators. The Contractor is obliged to make changes according to the Customer-s comments without additional payment. Result of service provision: Transfer to the Customer for each the object 2 copies of the preliminary design on paper, an electronic version in PDF and DWG (or compatible) formats, an explanatory note, 3D visualizations and a statement of technical and economic indicators.
