Preliminary remark for distribution of roles/project control-BIM management
With every sub-construction measure (TBM) of the UTN foundation building and in the building constructions of the development measure, one is each oneBIM management used. It is responsible for the definition, implementation, compliance and documentation of the BIM processes of the respective TBM.
BIM management consists of an external BIM manager (BIM-M) and the BIM information manager (BIM-IM). The role of the BIM-IM is eachcovered for the TBM responsible project management (PL) of the State Building Office.
At the operational level, BIM management coordinates tasks and processes with the BIM total coordinator (BIM-GK) and the BIM TGA overall coordinator (BIM-TGA-GK) of the contractor page.The part of the external BIM manager (BIM-M).
The project control (PST) coordinates the individual BIM-M in coordination with the BIM-IN of the client (AG) and largely takes over the basic project control services according to AHO Issue No. 9 (para. 6.1). PST and BIM-IM Set themBIM strategy level of the overall project. For the coordination between BIM-M and BIM strategy level, monthly voting dates are provided.
