This includes the creation and management of all service processes from ordering to completion as well as return and claims settlement. In addition, the client concludes a leasing framework agreement with the contractor or a leasing company specified by the contractor, in which the framework conditions (e.g. payment processing, leasing formalities, contract terms, insurance, data protection, etc.) for all kuefuture individual leasing contracts.
