Service profile: structural planning The Bavarian State Estates (BaySG) operate and organize an experimental and educational center for poultry farming at the Kitzingen location for current and future research activities in the field of poultry farming inter-company training in vocational training to become an animal farmer, specializing in poultry farming, and carries out the intermediate and final examinations as well as the master's examination. The Bavarian State Estates are planning to build a replacement building on the Kitzingen State Estate Laying hen house in two construction phases including a packing station and associated office and social rooms. The state property serves as a research and training location for both scientific and vocational education. Through the planned replacement building In the future, questions regarding both conventional and organic laying hen farming will be addressed at the Kitzingen State Estate. For this purpose, one stable unit is being built for conventional and one for organic laying hens.
