Service contract for Mitel Mxone, Teams-Voice as well as subsystems & control center communication system Sinus MECC including software assurance Stadtwerke Düsseldorf AG (SWD) is an operator of critical infrastructure. This includes voice communication systems the manufacturer Mitel, Sinus and Teams Telephony. Subsystems such as Mitel MiCC, Mitel OneBox, Rightfax, Asperi Alarm Server and Audiocodes SBCs are connected to the systems. Hierfür wird ein 24/7*2 Support benötigt. The SWD's telecommunications infrastructure consists of a networked system group with an all-IP connection (the public telecommunications network) at a total of 19 locations. The telecommunications system, Mitel MX-ONE, consists of 6 communication servers and 30 TK nodes (media gateways) (approx. 2500 users). The majority of telephony in the administrative area is now done via Teams telephony. The connection to teams takes place via SBCs in the data centers (approx. 2000 users). At the same time, a Sinus MECC control center communications system is operated is part of the service contract.
