The BPP intends the conclusion of a framework agreement in accordance with Section 21 VGV on the maintenance of operational air vehicles for the police helicopter relay (PHST) Saxony (sample: Airbus H145 D 3). The subject of the framework agreement to be concluded are all services that are required to ensure the airiness of the new police helicopters and not already covered by the existing manufacturer service contracts (helicopter and engine) as well as the client's own maintenance operation in accordance with Appendix II (Part 145) for the BK117 D3 pattern become.
