Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of the service of conducting an evaluation study entitled: "Evaluation of the method of implementing FE SL 2021-2027 in terms of compliance with the principles of equality." The aim of the study is; - assessment of the management and implementation of FE SL 2021-2027 in scope of compliance with the principles of equality, i.e. the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities and the principle of equality between women and men, as well as the provisions of the Code of Labor Code and the Code of Conduct; - adjustment or possible change of conducted activities activities under FE SL 2021-2027 in terms of compliance with the principles of equality, provisions of the Code of Conduct and the Code of Conduct, and better adjustment of support for groups exposed to discrimination. The result of the evaluation will be a set of conclusions and recommendations. 2. Description of the item order (abbreviated as: OPZ) constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ/Appendix No. 1 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement. 3. The draft provisions of the contract regarding the above public procurement, which will be introduced into the content of the contract (abbreviated: PPU), are included is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4.
