Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the service of preparing libraries and sequencing RNA isolated from human platelets for 120 total RNA samples. Implementation under project 04-00254 "Study of the progression of triple-negative breast cancer, blood analysis based on single-cell sequencing and artificial intelligence methods". The project is financed under the OPUS 19 competition by the National Science Center. 2. A detailed description of the subject, scope and method of implementation is described in Annex No. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to realize 50% of the value of the subject of the order without the need to change the terms of the Agreement.4. In order to maintain the continuity of the methodology and the comparability of the research results obtained in bioinformatics analysis with the resulting data from previous NGS analyses, sequencing will be carried out on the Illumina.5 platform.
