Service and delivery Alcatel TK system From September 2026, Deutsche Welle (DW) and Westdeutsche Rundfunk (WDR) need a contractual partner who can provide the maintenance service described in more detail in the tender documents Takes over telecommunications systems. According to DIN 31051, maintenance includes maintenance, inspection and repair. The contract term is 48 months. The contractor must be an Alcatel Premium Partner and have relevant experience in the Coupling of existing telecommunications systems with Microsoft Teams and Open Scape Xpressions. He must be able to use all applications (see appendix 01: WDR system equipment and appendix 06: DW system equipment) in all listed DW & Install WDR service locations and ensure maintenance. The service also includes the purchase of licenses and hardware as well as the necessary implementation and consulting services that DW and WDR request from the contractor want. These refer e.g. B. on changes in the telecommunications system network, the introduction of new technologies and interfaces as well as advice on consolidating the telecommunications systems/infrastructure.
