Tender Details

The subject of the tender is the implementation of metagenoma and metatransatom sequencing for taxonomic and functional characterization of prokaryotic communities from environmental and microcosm samples (on). The analyzes must be carried out to achieve the necessary sequencing depth using high -throughput sequencing using the Illumina sequencing technology.

The performance is divided into the following two work packages:

Work package 1: Metail om sequence of total DNA from environmental and microcosm samples

Work package 2: MetaTranscript sequencing of Total RNA from environmental and microcosm samples

To work package 1:

- Quality control of the DNA samples delivered by the client (AG)

-DNA fragmentation of the DNA extracts (Total DNA) delivered by the AG of a maximum of 160 samples

-Creation of the Whole Genome-Sequencing Library from the rehearsals

- Termination, normalization and QC of the WGS-Library

- Application of the method of the bidirectional "paired-end sequencing" (PE) with 2 x 150 bp and = 50 million reads per sample (50m reads and thus 25m read pairs) br ...
