With the competency level model specified in the collective agreement from 2026, adaptive training that is in the service's interest will become relevant for higher groups. This increases the interest and demands of employees regarding suitable training grow. In particular, the offering for employees in the areas of administration/team assistance needs to be further expanded - however, there is already a very extensive offering available for employees in the areas of medicine and nursing Disposal. A competency model with competency profiles for all MD Bayern employees is currently being introduced. It will make it more transparent in which areas individual employees should be further developed and specific ones need further training. The internal training program should therefore be revised for the coming years and expanded both in terms of quantity and content.
