3.1. Self-propelled backhoe loader with wheeled or crawler chassis3.1.1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new self-propelled backhoe loader on a wheeled or tracked chassis. Free from legal and physical defects.3.1.2. The subject of the order should complies with applicable standards, applicable legal provisions, standards and technical requirements, has the necessary documentation and the EU declaration of conformity (or an equivalent document required by law).3.1.3. The subject of the order should be equipped with a hose all legally required systems and standard factory equipment provided by the manufacturer, even if not listed in OPZ.3.1.4. The above parameters are the minimum that the offered subject of the order must meet. In case the offered subject of the order will have parameters lower than those set as minimum, the Contractor's offer will be rejected as inconsistent with the terms of the order specified in the ToR. details chapter 3 SWZ
