Dear potential bidder: SUBJECT: CALL FOR TENDERS - ITB/OSS/001/2024 - Selection of a service provider for a long-term agreement (LTA) for the purpose of providing fuel and lubricant supply services You are cordially invited to submit a proposal for the purchase of tadjustable cables, to the purchasing and supply department in accordance with the attached documents: Annex 1: Technical offer Annex 2: Commercial offer Annex 3: General conditions of purchase orders Annex 4: Information on bidders Annex 5: Declaration on honor form Annexe 6: Confidentiality commitment TIMELINE Bids must be received in accordance with the requirements of the ITB in section 3.9 no later than April 1, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (Brazzaville time). 2) Annexes 5 and 6 of the attached call for tender ITB/OSS/001/2024 should also be signed.3) TheA potential bidder who wishes to seek clarification on technical, contractual or commercial matters may notify by email to afrgoafrobids@who.int (use reference ITB/OSS/001/2024. Requests for clarification should be sent to usno later than 25 March 2024. The WHO/AFRO Procurement and Supply Service team will respond in writing (via email only) to any request for clarification of the RFP it receives before the deadline for submission of offers.
