1. The Ivorian Government and that of the United States of America through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) signed on November 7, 2017, in Washington DC, the Agreement to grant the Compact Program Côte d`Ivoire in the amount of of 524.74 million US dollars, for the financing of two (02) projects: The “Abidjan Transport (ATP)” project and the “Skills for Employability and Productivity (Skills Project)” project. This donation, for the benefit of the Ivorian populations entered into force on August 5, 2019. MCA-Côte d`Ivoire intends to use part of the MCC donation for eligible payments under the contract for which this Quotation Request is launched. All payments made by MCA-Côte d`Ivoire in accordance with the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms of the Compact and related documents, including restrictions on the use and disbursement conditions of the MCC Grant. The Compact and its associated documents can be found on the MCC website (www.mcc.gov) and on the MCA-Côte d`Ivoire website (http://www.mcacotedivoire.ci ).
2. MCA-Côte d`Ivoire hereby solicits offers from legally constituted service providers for the establishment of an Electronic Document Management (EDM) system for MCA-Côte d`Ivoire. Further information is provided in the technical specifications and requirements incorporated in the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
3. This Request for Quotations is open to any eligible entity wishing to tender.
4. The Service Provider will be selected according to the evaluation procedure described in section 11 of this Request for Quotation (DC) in accordance with the “MCC Program Procurement Guidelines” available on the MCC website (www.mcc .gov / ppg).
