The concessionaire's contractual service consists of the provision and operation of an RTW as well as the transport of emergency patients or sick, injured or other people in need of assistance who are not emergency patients appropriately trained personnel on the instructions of the integrated control center and fundamentally independent of the boundaries of the rescue service area. The rescue services to be awarded are the subject of a service concession (see Article 13 Para. 1 p. 1 BayRDG).
