Tenders are invited for Selection of a Firm for the Control and Supervision of the Rehabilitation and Extension Works of the Fecal Sludge Treatment Stations of Niayes, Rufisque, Tivaouane Peuhl and the Construction of the Fecal Sludge Treatment Station of CambéRèNe

Interested Candidates must provide information demonstrating that they are qualified and experienced to perform these Services. As such, they will justify that they have references of recent and similar services.
The similar character of the references will be analyzed according to:
- The size of the markets;
- Of the nature of the Services: Monitoring and control of works;
- Field and technical expertise: construction and/or rehabilitation of a wastewater treatment plant or faecal sludge if possible with a flocculation system, automatic screening and mechanical drying of sludge and production line of sub -products of emptying (biochar, compost and treated water).
The Client will also examine the relevance of the Expressions of Interest with regard to the following criteria:
- Internal skills and availability in terms of technical support provided to experts located in the country;
- Candidate's quality assurance procedures and certifications: ISO 9001 or environmental and social certification.
ONAS will draw up a shortlist of a maximum of six (6) Candidates, pre-selected on the basis of the applications received, to whom it will send the Request for Proposals for the performance of the required Services.
