Tenders are invited for Selection of a Consultant (Cabinet) for the External Technical Audit of the Eastern Drc Stabilization Project for Peace, Additional Funding 2 & 3 "Step 2"
The consultant must include various specialists with profiles such as: civil construction engineer (or architect), expert in social THIMO, expert in cash transfer, expert in support measures, specialists in project analysis, specialist in procurement, financial specialist, specialist in environmental and social management, lawyer.
The DRC Social Fund invites eligible consultants to express their interest by applying and providing information indicating that they are qualified to carry out the mission described above. Consultants should not include resumes, legal documents, certificates of incorporation and/or work methodology in the expression of interest. They must have already carried out comparable audits, provide the list of similar projects and assignments (previous references concerning similar assignments, experiences under similar conditions) for which their skills have been mobilized. Consultants may associate with other firms to strengthen their respective skills in the form of a group.
7. Interested consultants may obtain additional information about the reference document at the address below, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (local time), Monday through Friday .
8. Expressions of interest must be submitted in French and addressed to the General Coordinator of the FSRDC and deposited at the headquarters of the FSRDC or sent by e-mail to the addresses below no later than February 06, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. local time from Kinshasa (TU+1) .
