Tenders are invited for Selection of a Consultancy Firm for the Formulation of a 5-Year Blueprint for the ICT Sector.
1. The Ministry of Information Technology, Communication and Innovation is proceeding with a Request for Proposals online and is inviting potential Consultants opened to local and international Consultants to submit their proposals through the Government eProcurement System for the Selection of a Consultancy firm to formulate a 5-year Blueprint for the ICT Sector
2. Requetst for Proposal Documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system:

3. Proposals must be submitted online on the eProcurement System as per Key Activity Schedule.
4. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as per time set on the Key Activity Schedule on the e-Procurement System.
5. A pre- bid meeting will be held on Wenesday 14 February 2024 at 10.30 hours at the address given below:
