Association (IDA) an advance amounting to US $ 2, 000, 000 as Preparatory Fund
(PPA) for the Skills Enhancement Project and Employability of Youth
(PACEJ). The management of activities, financial management and procurement
procedures for this fund have been entrusted to the Management Unit of the Trade
Facilitation Project in the Great Lakes Region, Phase 2 (PFCGL-II). pending the
