Tenders are invited for Pre-Qualification Tender for the Proposed New National Security Services - Head Quarters-Air conditioning, Ventilation and Freezer Room.
Closing Date: 23 May 2018 at 12:00 (Local Time)
Site Inspection: A mandatory site inspection will be on Monday 05 March 2018. The Tenderers / Bidders must assemble at the site located in Old Europa next to Red Cross Headquarters along.
Restriction: Screening Process by National Security from Monday 12 March to Thursday 29 March 2018. The date of colleting tender documents is from Monday 9 April.2018 Compliance Criteria Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate certified at Source. ii Copy of Trader's License certified at Source. iii.Vet for security Compliance by National Security Services (NSS). Evaluation criteria

i. A refundable Bid Security in the form of a bank guaranteed cheque or a letter from accredited Financial Institutions licensed by Central Bank of Lesotho endorsed with a Revenue stamp as shown in the table below. ii. All schedules in the Bill of Quantities must be completed in full. Ili. The contractor to submit one original and one complete copy of BOO Inclusive of all tender information supplied (i.e. driving's etc. iv.Late tenders or evidence of mailing of Tenders or telexed or faxed tenders will be rejected. Additional Information clarification of the tender documents nay be requested from the unit in writing by tenders / bidders at submission least 15 workings door to the tender deadline. Note: Equity distribution of works Any Contractor or Contractor, who were engaged by the Government in the past 12 months or still doing Works to date at average valve from Twelve Million Maloti and upward for AIR CONDITIONING CONTRACTORS and at an average value from Seven Hundred and fifty Thousand Maloti and upward for Security Contractors do not qualify to bid for this project. A Bis Security of M100, 000.00 will be required. Eligibility.
