Property protection with access control for the Accommodation at Talstraße 24-28 (Lot 1), at Industriestraße 37-45 (Lot 2) and at Hixholzer Weg 12 and 14 (Lot 3) in 42551 Velbert-Mitte. The property protection consists of access control and a "round-the-clock" manning an employee in a living container provided by the customer. A staff of 2 employees is planned for night hours and weekends. Regular additional patrols of the area are also required. The contract has one Term of 4 years, with an initial annual order. Three annual extensions are optional. However, the contractor has no claim to the extensions. Offers are for one or more lots possible.
