Security service residential complex “Schornbuschweg” The subject of the tender is the provision of security services in the “Schornbuschweg” residential complex for refugees, emigrants and homeless people in the city of Rheinbach. The tasks include: Ensuring safety and order in the accommodation, the protection of the property, the protection of the people accommodated as well as the employees and agents of the client in the sense of a fire watch, the monitoring of safety-relevant technical aspects Facilities and the enforcement of the usage regulations and house rules within the scope of the legal possibilities. There is a need for two security employees to guard the property 24 hours a day.
