The city of Solingen intends to assign an order for the security service in the emergency accommodation for refugees Goerdeler Str. 24-26, 42651 Solingen. TheObject has a maximum accommodation capacity of 145 seats.
The object is a five -storey former administration building with a kitchen and canteen in the basement. There are also three sanitary containers in the courtyard.
On the ground floor there is oneOffice wing for employees of the facility management and social care, also a larger event/lounge on the attic. The living rooms of the residents and toilets on every floor as well as lounge, tea kitchens, are also located on the ground floor and in the 1st to 4th floor.Playroom and smaller adjoining rooms.
The area is fenced, the access consists of an entrance area with gate as well as via a gate entrance for personnel and suppliers.
