Expression of Interest are invited for Security and Guarding Service (Access Control, CCTV).
1. The African Development Bank ("AfDB" or "Bank") is a Multilateral Development Institution jointly created by and for its member states to ensure the sustainable economic development and social progress of its countries. regional members (RMCs).The Bank's member countries are currently eighty (80), of which there are 54 African States (Regional Member Countries) and 26 non-African States (Non-Regional Member Countries).
2. The Bank hereby invites eligible companies, firms or groups of companies to express their interest in providing various services.
4. Companies, companies or groups of eligible companies meeting the qualification criteria listed in this Notice, are requested to express their interest no later than 21 September 2018 by 4 pm under sealed cover at the BAD office. Zital Tower 8th floor Ankorondrano - Antananarivo .
5. After considering the different expressions of interest that will be received from potential companies or groups of companies, the Bank intends to launch a request for proposal from eligible or qualified companies or groups of companies that have expressed their interest.
6. The Bank intends to enter into one or more non-exclusive framework contracts with an initial term of one year renewable four (4) times subject to satisfactory performance.
7. Companies or groups of companies incorporated in accordance with the legislation of a member country of the Bank listed in the website www.afdb.org are eligible .
8. The eligible companies, firms or groups of eligible companies must provide a file including:
ü The dated, signed and sealed reply form;
ü Excerpt from the Commerce Register
ü A copy of the legalized statistical map
ü A copy of the updated Tax Identification Card (CIF)
ü A fact sheet containing your relevant experiences and similar contracts with supporting evidence (list of contracts including types of services or work provided, amounts and duration of contracts).
9. The qualification criteria are as follows:
ü Be registered in a member country of the Bank
ü Have at least three (03) years of proven experience in the field of activity;
10. Companies, companies or groups of eligible companies meeting the qualification criteria listed above, are kindly requested to express their interest by no later than 21 September 2018 before 4:00 pm at the address of the ADB, mentioning in the subject: "CALL FOR INTEREST DEMONSTRATION - LOT NO. Xx: x"
11. The Notice of Expressions of Interest form is obtained by sending a request to the email address comg_box@afdb.org
12. Only companies, firms or groups of companies meeting the qualification criteria will receive the Request for Proposals package.
13. The Bank reserves the right to modify, amend or cancel this notice of expression of interest at any time during this process.
