Lots: Sifting machine - Self-moving heap cleaner, 1. The machine is equipped with a self-moving mechanism. The purifier is equipped with at least 3 electric motors. 2. The loading conveyor is composed of an inclined scraper conveyor and two articulated scraper feeders connected to it 3. Receiving chamber with two vertical air channels. A feeding device is built into the upper part of the chamber, consisting of a receiving tray, a distribution screw, a feed valve and a divider. 4. Air channels designed to clean grain from light impurities. The channels are connected to the fan by an air duct with a window closed by a movable damper, with the help of which the air flow speed in the channels is regulated. The air flow carries light impurities into a settling chamber, where some of the impurities are deposited, and the lightest ones enter the pneumatic conveyor. 5. Sieve mills (upper and lower) operate in parallel. Frames with sieves are inserted into the sieve mill. The mills are set into oscillatory motion. For Balancing the inertial forces, the mills move in the opposite direction. The machine is supplied with a set of sieves with oblong holes 1.5-5.0 mm wide and round holes 3.6-10 mm in diameter. 6. Productivity in pre-commodity cleaning mode: wheat 760 kg/m3 (nominal) - not less than 25 tons/hour. The machine must be technologically suitable for cleaning corn, barley and rice. 7.
