Screed and flooring work The scope of services includes the professional execution of screed work (including visible screed with surface treatment), floor structures with insulation and sealing measures as well as the laying of floor coverings (linoleum, cork) throughout the Broadcasting Museum building. Included are preparatory subsurface work, joint and edge training, as well as accompanying hourly wage work in accordance with VOB/C. The following services are provided in approximately the following quantities written out (rounded): - Surface preparation and insulation work: approx. 1, 400 m² - Screed work: approx. 1, 000 m² including joint and angle profiles - Surface treatment of visible screed: approx. 310 m² - Flooring work (cork, linoleum): approx. 1, 200 m² - Skirting boards / stair tread processing: approx. 950 m/m or 130 steps This information serves as a rough guide and does not replace the list of services.
