Tender Details

The subject of the tender is the screed work for the new building of the Vilsbiburg secondary school. The construction project includes several structures (components A, B, C and triple gymnasium) including all necessary expansion work. The services Include in particular: - Construction site setup for the screed work trade, including maintenance and dismantling planning and testing services (scheduling, subsurface and screed tests, CM measurements, quality tests) - Preparatory work such as subsurface cleaning, Sand/shot blasting of concrete surfaces as well as floor leveling work - Sealing work on floor slabs against rising soil moisture - Delivery and installation of separating layers (PE film) - Delivery and installation of thermal insulation as leveling insulation (EPS in different thicknesses) - Delivery and installation of impact sound insulation - Production of ternary rapid cement screeds and rapid cement heating screeds in accordance with DIN 18560 - Formation of slopes, additional thicknesses and screed deposition - Production and Closing of joints, movement joints and edge insulation strips - Protective measures during construction - Documentation services and hourly work if required - Execution is carried out in sections and in close coordination with those working in parallel Finishing trades. - The basis of the service is the service list A_15 Screed work for the RSV project - new Vilsbiburg secondary school Floor-screed works (CPV code: 45262321)
