One goal of scientific support is to evaluate program implementation. This includes the analysis and evaluation of the consolidation process at the participating locations as well as the investigation of the effect of the measures at the level of the unemployed People. As part of a structural and process evaluation, it will be examined whether and to what extent the structures established have been successfully consolidated at the participating locations. Both the overarching goals of funding phase V and Targets per funding year that are to be achieved based on the location are also taken into account. A resulting goal of the evaluation is the development of best practice examples for the successful consolidation of structures and processes locations. In addition, a future contractor should use the knowledge gained to develop practical aids for the teamw()rk locations. Between 2017 and 2022, teamw()rk was implemented as a model project and evaluated by external service providers. A final version of the unpublished final report has been available since July 2021. A summary was made available on the GKV Alliance for Health website in October 2021. The final report will be sent to the applicants as part of the Offer preparation provided by the client. The evaluation as part of the model project is a very extensive evaluation. For example, in the process evaluation and implementation analysis Structural structure, the cooperation between the actors and the way the program works are examined, as well as the health orientation of the job centers and the needs-oriented nature of the offers.
