The Federal Government's CSR Prize is an essential part of the Federal Government's CSR strategy and highlights good examples of socially responsible behavior by companies. It has been awarded five times since 2013, each under the Patronage of the incumbent Federal Ministers for Labor and Social Affairs. The prize is scheduled to be awarded again at the beginning of 2028. The CSR Prize is an established format with a high reputation that is widely known among companies and stakeholders. His Unique selling points are the scientifically supported selection of the award winners, as well as the decision-making by a multi-stakeholder jury chaired by the BMAS. The CSR Prize also recognizes companies for sustainable business practices along the supply chain. Making such role models visible provides other companies with important orientation. The award winners of the last few years have shown that responsible corporate management is not a cost factor, but rather that economic and social added value can be combined. We are looking for exemplary projects and measures in companies in various subject areas that show how responsible and sustainable corporate management can succeed. The Examples should encourage imitation. As with the last round of the competition, the CSR Prize 2028 is not intended to honor companies' entire sustainability performance, but rather measures and projects in several predefined categories. The Categories will be revised until the competition announcement is published. All important stages of the CSR Prize are scientifically supported by a service provider.
