The main objective of this consultancy is to contribute and support WB Technical Assistance (TA) activities to the Comorian Ministry of Education through collecting and analyzing data about the school infrastructure in targeted schools nationwide. The results from this consultancy will also inform the preparation of a prioritization framework, intervention strategy, and estimation of investment needs for inspected schools. Specifically, the deliverables under this Terms of Reference (ToR) are:1. Prepare data collection forms and training materials for field inspection campaigns2. Conduct a flood and cyclone vulnerability and risk assessment of schools that are identified as high risk to floods and cyclones under the IPF project and develop a prioritization framework. 3. Propose recommendations for intervention strategy and investment needs for the repair, rehabilitation, or retrofitting of the school infrastructure. 4. Strengthen the awareness and capacity of local stakeholders.
