Scanning services, file archive - construction supervision
The construction files from the building supervision of the city of Bergisch Gladbach should be digitized and integrated into the existing one Document management system can be imported. In this context, the entire construction files of Department 6-63 - Construction Supervision should be digitized and imported into the existing DMS (enaio from Optimal Systems). Department 6-63 - Construction Supervision is hoping this will save space as well as media-free process processing. The contract is to be awarded for a period of three years. The planned total scanning scope of the construction file archive is estimated to be around 40, 000 construction files and around 4, 000 old files. The order is to take place over a period of three years. The following services in connection with the digitization of the construction file archive are to be accessed: - Packaging and transport of the paper files - Digitization of the documents and capture of metadata - Provision of electronic documents and data for import into the enaio DMS - Destruction of paper files or partial return of paper files
