The roofs of two Mechanical engineering halls are being renovated. The buildings were built in 1974 using reinforced concrete frame construction (exposed concrete) and are listed buildings. The roof area of building 3103 is approx. 600 m2, that of building 3104 is approx. 1, 850 m2. Building 3103 is approx. 45 m long and 14 m wide. Building 3104 is approx. 105 m long and divided into 3 sections with different building widths of approx. 16 m, 19 m and 22 m.
