1. The subject of the order described in Annexes No. 5 and 6 to the SWZ - includes, among others: 1) performance of works related to forest management, 2) liquidation of equipment items indicated in the inventory, 3) repairs and maintenance of items indicated for preservation, 4) construction of a new fence with a self-closing entrance gate, 5) installation of traps in the vicinity of the basketball court, 6) installation of new playground equipment, 7) installation of small architecture, i.e. benches, waste containers, bicycle repair station, bollards parking lots, 8) construction of a mineral surface, safe EPDM surface and safe sandy surfaces, 9) construction of new greenery plantings.2. The contractor will be obliged, at his own expense and within his own scope, to, among others: to:1) ensure technical supervision over the task being carried out, 2) ensuring full geodetic and cartographic services (surveying and cartographic works should be carried out in accordance with the technical conditions issued by the City Surveyor's Office.
