Tender Details

The Cannabis Control and Regulatory Authority (CCRA), Islamabad, intends to prequalify Workshops/Firms/Dealerships for Repair & Maintenance, along with spare parts, for CCRA Vehicles and Bikes under the Open Framework Agreement for a period of 03 years. Applications / Documents are invited from well-established/ reputed and experienced parties registered with the Sales Tax / Income Tax Department for Prequalification of Automobile Workshops/Firms /dealer ships for Repair & Maintenance along with spare parts for CCRA Vehicles and Bikes. Prequalification Documents, containing application and detailed terms & conditions, can be downloaded from the websites of PPRA www.ppra.gov.pk and CCRA www.ccra.gov.pk • The Applications / Documents should be prepared in accordance with the instructions given in the Documents and must be submitted to the undersigned, duly completed in all respects on or before 12th August, 2026 on or before 11.00 AM. • Proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of available bidders. If the bid opening date is on a gazetted holiday, then Applications / Documents will be opened on the next working day. • Applications / Documents received after the submission of the due date/time mentioned above will not be entertained. • The competent Authority may reject all proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a proposal, as provided under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
