SAP Basis operation as a managed service (2nd level) In order to ensure stable, efficient and future-oriented IT operations, BEW intends to carry out certain operational tasks in the area of IT - here specifically the SAP basis operation SAP system landscapes and second level support - outsourced to qualified external service providers. The SAP system landscapes are currently in an active development and migration process. A completely independent SAP basis operation is currently only partially available. The aim of the tender is therefore to create a sustainable basis for the ongoing operation and further development of the SAP system landscapes with a specialized service provider. This includes in particular: •Ensuring the operation of a highly available, scalable and security-compliant SAP system landscape •Early detection and elimination of faults •the proactive avoidance of bottlenecks, •the transparent analysis and Sustainable elimination of the causes of errors. The service provider takes over the operation based on the SAP system landscapes built as part of the carveout/carvein project within the BEW tenant in the BEW's Azure tenant.
