Sanitary installation The new construction of a children's house with a three-group crèche and a three-group kindergarten is planned on the property in Lindenstrasse on parcels 588/1, 558/4 and 590. There are 13 children in each crèche group and 3 supervisors provided; Each kindergarten group has 26 children and 2 carers. Rooms for administration, intensive care rooms, a multi-purpose room, a dining room, a kitchen and storage rooms are also planned. The requirements from DIN 18040-1 and DIN 18040-2 (Accessibility) must be observed. The technical rooms are located in the basement. Hot water is prepared via a central fresh water station in the basement. The supply lines lead to the ground floor via a riser and are removed here moved further into the respective areas. The crèches and kindergarten wet areas are equipped with suitable furnishings for the respective age group. There are also four shower facilities in the house. One of these will be Barrier-free design with the appropriate barrier-free toilet and washbasin. The thermal insulation is aluminum laminated.
