The Nienburg/Weser district is planning to build a new fire department Headquarters (FTZ) in the commercial area of Lemke, Marklohe municipality. It is a replacement building for the existing FTZ on Verdener Landstrasse in Nienburg. The room program includes approx. 8, 200 m² of usable space, as well as approx. 9, 140 m² of outdoor areas - exercise and exercise areas. A construction site of approximately 3.4 hectares is available for this purpose. The construction project involves individual building parts with a steel truss structure with a trapezoidal surface. The advertised services include: Sewage systems: The wastewater from the sanitary facilities located in the building is drained away via drainage pipes in a gravity gradient.
