Expansion and renovation of the district hall in Ratzeburg. Extension as a new building with 4 full floors + staggered floor and approx. 6, 200m² GFA. Of which approx. 1, 000m² GFA underground car park. Solid construction made of reinforced concrete with a facing masonry facade. Window as wood-aluminum windows, PR facades as aluminum facades.
