The The new building, the renovation and the expansion include three construction phases. 1. BA NaWi specialist classroom block, 3 floors 2. BA basic renovation with new construction of the 3-story special school 3. BA New building of the primary school, 2 storeys In the 3rd construction phase 2 Existing building and a connecting corridor demolished. The new elementary school with an auditorium will be built in solid construction on the freed-up area. A small amount of renovation work is planned on adjacent parts of the building. Description of the construction project / Building description: The main part of the new school building will be built on two floors with a ground floor and an upper floor. A connecting part to the existing building has a basement and ground floor. Construction and materials: The tag system consists of reinforced concrete sole + Strip foundations, reinforced concrete ceilings, walls, columns and pillars as well as masonry. In the basement and the elevator underpass, both the floor and the rising reinforced concrete walls are planned as a waterproof construction.
