The city of Frankfurt am Main intends to remedy the existing structural, equipment and fire protection deficits, to integrate new building elements into the existing structure where necessary, in order to classify the Paulskirche as a cultural monument on the basis of its 1948 to strengthen the traditional substance functionally and to preserve its understated appearance. Approaches to a material reconstruction of older building conditions are not desired. The subject of this tender is the awarding of specialist planning services Framework of the negotiation procedures mentioned below in accordance with the Ordinance on the Award of Public Procurement (VgV): - Object and structural planning for work and protective scaffolding The services listed below were carried out in a separate procedure advertised. They are not the subject of this tender. - Lot 1: Property planning for buildings and interiors, consulting services for building physics: thermal insulation and energy balancing / building acoustics (sound insulation) / room acoustics - Lot 2: Consulting services: Fire protection - Lot 3: Technical equipment, system groups 1-3 - Lot 4: Technical equipment, system groups 4-6 - Lot 5: Lighting planning based on booklet # 38 "Lighting planning performance profiles part 1 daylight and artificial light" from the German Lighting Technology Association Gesellschaft e.V. - Lot 6: Technical equipment Plant group 8 - Lot 7: Structural planning for the building The tendered services are commissioned in stages.
