Sandweg Rösrath school center competition In the Sandweg 19 school center in Rösrath, due to the partly very outdated and inadequate energy and functionally inadequate buildings, there are the community primary school (GGS), the Catholic primary school (KGS) as well as the middle staff there is a fundamental need for renewal. The city of Rösrath is therefore planning a sustainable reorganization of the site by replacing the existing buildings. The plan is to build new buildings for the four-car GGS and the three-car KGS on the existing property without costly interim measures. In addition, a joint multifunctional building with a cafeteria and a two-way sports hall is to be built on the site, which will form a new urban development center for the school location.
