Tender Details

Sale of Solar Panels System with Accessories

Specialized companies, establishments and individuals may inspect the materials during working hours from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm by calling Mr. Mohammed AL Balushi Tel .71998333 or Mr. Mubarak AL Balushi Tel. 92889027

Bidders should submit amount of (500) O.R insurance as bank guarantee or a certified cheque issued by a local bank valid for 90 days from the date of submission. Insurance amount shall be reimbursed to unsuccessful adders.

Offers in the sealed envelope shall be addressed to Manager of Admin Department providing the title and number of the auction without referring to the bidder`s name or identity.

Offers shall be deposited in the tender box at MJEC Company offices at SOHAR (AL Sawary Building) and commitment in Last Date for Submission

Bidders shall pay purchasing value by transferring the amount to the company`s account immediately after being officially informed Insurance fees will be taken in the bidder fails to pay within a week of the notice given.

Bidders shall take the purchased items within seven days of auction. An extended period of maximum two weeks may be given.

The bidder who sells or sets the solar panels shall be required to submit a job safety plan including al the tasks related to dismantling, loading and transport for approval by the company`s QHSE department.

The tendered or sold must be required to provide qualified and trained workers to perform these tasks (full dismantling and transport of system with accessories) in accordance with the approved work safety plan and comply with the requirements of health and safety and the environment of the company.

If the awarded party who wins the auction is apologized to transport the scrapped assets during allowed period, the committee have the right to re-auction or award it to other bidders and all difference in expenses will be covered by the initial awarded party.
