Sale of shares in AMK-Verbund Sale of majority shares in the AMK-Verbund (waste disposal company) to a strategic partner and conclusion of a long-term disposal contract. The object is to ensure disposal municipal waste in the Märkischer Kreis, including collection, thermal treatment and recycling in the Iserlohn waste-to-energy plant, landfill operation and additional disposal services.
