Security services for the following administrative buildings of the city of Goettingen: - New town hall, Hiroshimaplatz 1 - 4, 37083 Goettingen, - Weitwinkel (former telecom building), part of the building C and D, Philipp -Reis -Str. # For this service, 1 security force is planned for each object in daily service with the following operating times: 1. Monday - Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 2. Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 3. Friday from 8:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. and employees, - work towards compliance with the house rules, - enforcement of house bans and pronouncement of references, - regular tours in the objects, documentation using a guard control system, - telephone willingness in the objects (mobile phones are from the Client provided), - de -escalation of disputes or other attacks, - coordination, order and supervision of the payments to beneficiaries (currently once a month), - Support of the reception staff z. Information etc., - On direct instruction of the client: Personal check in the house law - In the event of danger in the default, immediate alarm by the police or fire brigade - reporting and protocol obligations: # They are weekly deployment reports and monthly documentation of the guard control system Submission, # special events must be reported by the written log at the latest on the following day, # # particularly serious events to employees or visitors must be reported to the client immediately.
