The aim of the project is to find a service provider who operates and managed the current server and storage components of the RZVK in its data center.
RZ shift IAAS
The contractor (AN) must be the following requirements with regard to the requested Get service and implementation services as well as the subsequent service and operation (managed service) for a new data center as an IAAS solution (infrastructure as a service): - Provision of a server infrastructure including a storage solution - operation in an ISO27001 certified Data center - Top services for commissioning and migration of the existing virtual systems and data - ongoing services as managed service model (monitoring, managed backup, managed security etc.) - Service quota for changes and support
