The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group (WBG) is supporting the Rwanda Green Fund (RGF) and Ministry of Infrastructure (MININFRA) for the development of a Climate-Smart Infrastructure Investment Plan that aims to :Identify, quantify and prioritize investment opportunities (private sector investment opportunities, public investments needed to catalyze and unlock private investments, and PPP opportunities);Identify and map suitable financing sources, investment instruments and potential sponsors/investees;Develop an investment plan with sequential investment pathway for the overall identified investment opportunities coupled with clear pipeline of prioritized and viable investment projects including specific approaches for taking to market and key considerations for pipeline conversation; andRecommend policy, regulatory and institutional reform measures needed to create an enabling environment to unlock the identified investment opportunities.
