RV voice and speech training
It is intended to enter into a framework agreement with up to 3 suitable bidders per lot who have submitted an economic offer for the implementation of the qualification series listed below for voice and speech training for telephone service advisors (TSB) and Managers (FK) of the Service Center (SC) to complete.
The call for tenders is aimed at companies that have expertise in the preventative training of employees who work in industries such as call centers or similar fields of work and who are among the most talked-about people.
The contract term begins with the award of the contract. The period of service provision begins when the contract is awarded and ends on November 15, 2029, simultaneously with the contract term, without the need for termination.
The BA has no obligation to purchase a specific number of trainees of seminars.
During the contract period:
60 one-day basic seminars (in the Qualification and Training Service Center (QTSC)
Mettmann location and at the QTSC Halle location),
105 two-day advanced seminars (at the QTSC locations in Mettmann and Halle),
8 two-day management seminars (in the QTSC Mettmann and Halle locations), enabling employees to prevent and recognize health problems.
The exact quantities per lot are given in Chapter I.1.
The following price caps were set for the daily rates as a measure of economic efficiency for conducting seminars in face-to-face format:
Lot 1 Mettmann location 1, 280.00 euros (net)
Lot 2 Halle (Saale) location 1, 400.00 euros (net)
Offers that exceed these price limits will be excluded due to their uneconomic nature.
