The content of the framework contract includes the planning and implementation of high -quality virtual and hybrid events. Experience has shown that the client commissioned at least five such events per year and assumes that this will also be the case under this framework contract. HoweverIf there is no access obligation in the sense of a minimum amount of the client (AG)! The maximum value of the framework contract is EUR 370, 000.00. This framework contract will also only be called up if the current inventory framework contract is exhaustedis.

The gematics plans each year:
-6 hybrid events with break-out sessions
-4 VIP events, extra events, e.g. B. with ministers, foreign state guests, high-ranking CEOs from the healthcare system
-on-site streaming events whereThe Gematik is host and moderator, e.g. B. Events in the context security
- Hybrid event for the IOP expert group
The hybrid events are understood:
- format purely virtual or hybrid
- hybrid events include at least one place where additional technology forThe event must be set up
Events can take place with and without an audience
- audience is interacted online and/or on site
