RV civil engineering work Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH intends to put a civil engineering framework contract out to tender. The services are to be provided in the course of repairing existing systems and for new construction projects. The services of the framework contract are structured into the following trades: • Preparatory work, including demolition and explosive ordnance detection • Earthworks performance • Production of paved traffic areas (layer structure as superstructure [concrete and asphalt], substructure and subsoil) • Drainage systems • Civil engineering services for supply and disposal facilities • Technical equipment The framework contract is a standard price contract consisting of standard prices (partial flat rates if applicable) based on a list of services without a price escalation clause intended for materials and wages. The following main construction services are the subject of the framework contract: Civil engineering services: - Traffic and construction site safety measures - Construction and conversion/renovation of flight operations and traffic areas, other operational and Storage areas as well as cable and drainage systems, - Construction of signage including foundations and lighting systems - Marking work on flight operating areas and operating roads - early installation and dismantling of Access control points (e.g. temporary construction site entrances), - Construction of construction roads in different construction qualities, creation of advanced construction states, e.g. advanced weather-dependent earthworks, - Demolition work of...
